My friend and I stayed in the Molly house a year ago and now it's an annual tradition. It's absolutely amazing. We have such a good time. I can't wait until next year. Clean, cute, convenient location, great stove, super easy check-in and nice fat pillows.

Hi, my hubby and my pups truly enjoyed our stay. Everything we needed was available to us. It was very clean. The loft beds were very comfy also. The house was very convenient to shops and restaurants. The response to any questions were addressed quickly, our next vacation will be in the tiny houses in Siesta Keys fl, can't wait. Thanks

I really enjoyed my time. I especially enjoyed the full kitchen and having a stove with a center griddle. I made a great dinner and breakfast using the center griddle on both occasions. I'm interested in having a tiny home built for myself, so I kept a journal of all the things I liked in the Molly house, as well as things I would improve if I owned the house. I think the bathroom and kitchen are both outstanding and I wouldn't change a thing in those areas. In general I found the accommodations clean and in good repair. The only constructive criticism I have is that I was warned by previous guest's posting to bring my own bed sheets. I was glad I did. The sheets on the Queen bed had a ball of longer black human hair between the top sheet and blanket, and many shorter black hairs between the fitted sheet and top sheet. I recommend changing to a new linen service to a insure clean bedding in preparation for each rental and also making sure the blankets are clean. All in-all, thanks for everything, I had a wonderful stay!-Andy

Tiny House Molly was everything we needed and more! The place was clean and well maintained. The directions were easy to follow. The location is perfectly settled in Leadville, CO. Would definitely stay again.

We arrived on a Saturday morning and stayed through to Friday morning; me, my partner, and our pup. The house was clean clean clean and just so cute! Joe, the property manager, was very kind and compassionate. The community was friendly, and the location was a prime spot for gorgeous views! Tiny House Molly's bedrooms specifically are set up in such a wonderful way that you can watch the sunset and sunrise from the windows, and see the moon first thing when you wake up in the morning. I still highly recommend bringing your own bedding, especially if you're bringing your own pets. The experience still has similarities to staying in a hotel, you're using bedding that many others have used (even if it's been washed). It's a respectful thing to bring your own bedding if you have pets, so that the hosts don't have to worry about pet hair sticking around between cleanings. Also, considering COVID, it's probably just smart to be safe. Over all, truly we loved this experience and we WILL be back - and we will definitely also be checking out the other locations as they open! Thank you so much for the wonderful experience!

Fun staying in a tiny house for the first time. Very clean, easy access and close to town. Very quiet at night but the curtains are white and there are lots of outside lights that shine in the bedroom areas.

I stayed in Tiny House-Molly and was happy with its overall cleanliness and useful space. The kitchen is a wonderful size- you could really make a full meal in there. The bathroom was clean and well lit. I appreciated the table space as it was wide enough to work at and store stuff. My main issue was the couch. It's not comfortable. Additionally the television is so high up, it isn't useable without craning your neck. The tiny homes are in an easy location to find. The bar across the street is loud so don't expect wilderness like silence at night. Overall this is a fun space to stay!

Really enjoyed our stay with Tiny Home Leadville! The house was well equipped with all the essentials we've come accustomed to having in a rental. Highly recommend stay with them! We will return.
