Siesta Beach's sand is 99% quartz, most of which comes from the Appalachian Mountains. It's actually cold on your feet, which is one of the reasons why it's the #1 beach in the US - year after year! You may notice the Lifeguard Stands - we designed 4 of our tiny houses to look just like them!
Marie Selby Gardens is a must see. The location and views are unbeatable. The bayfront gardens are spectacular and they have feature exhibits that are frequently updated. 
One of the only places in the country you can feed a Flamingo! Truly a special tropical zoo that will be an unforgettable experience. Make sure to say hi to our favorite Mingo "Cozzy"
